CANCELLATION POLICY

Please review my policies before booking to ensure a smooth experience. Deposit Policy: • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. • If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations & No-Shows: • Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and require a new deposit to rebook. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will not be allowed to book future appointments. Late Arrivals: • If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time, your appointment will be considered a missed appointment and will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, meaning: • Your deposit will be forfeited. • You will need to pay a new deposit to book again. • If this happens more than once, you will no longer be able to book with me.
