Cancellation Policy
Please review my policies before booking to help ensure a smooth, positive experience for both of us.
Service Satisfaction & No Refund Policy
I truly want you to love your hair and feel confident when you leave my chair. Because each appointment involves dedicated time, professional products, and customized work, all services are non-refundable.
If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out — I’m happy to make it right:
• Any concerns must be communicated within 7 days of your original appointment.
• Please notify me as soon as you notice an issue so it can be addressed in a timely manner.
• Adjustments or corrective services will be offered within that 7-day window at no additional cost.
• Adjustments apply to the original service only and do not include changes of preference or new service requests.
Deposit Policy
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.
• If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will not be allowed to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
• If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time, your appointment will be considered a missed appointment and treated as a last-minute cancellation:
• Your deposit will be forfeited.
• A new deposit will be required to book again.
• If this occurs more than once, you will no longer be able to book future appointments.
